Problems with Unlocking 4PLAY 6.0

There are several reasons unlocking the game can fail :

1.) Typos

This is by far the most common reason, try cutting and pasting your registration into the text boxes instead of typing them. The serial ID should be in the format    #####-XXX-###-####

2.) Foreign Language Characters

If your name contains foreign language characters for may have to substitute English letters. If you cannot get this to work email us and we will send you the need information.

3.) Excessive use of your Serial ID

Your serial ID may have been revoked if it has been used frequently.

4.) Customer Database may not have been updated

Sometime the database update does fail.
